What the fee includes

Call-out to the property
Up to the first 1 hour of engineer labour
Diagnosis of the leak or plumbing problem
Reasonable attempt to repair within the included hour where possible
A PRODECS team member contacts you within 30 minutes of purchase to confirm engineer attendance
If extra labour is required, this is discussed at the property before additional work
A further quotation can be issued once the engineer has assessed the job

Materials are not included.
Replacement parts and materials are supplied by the customer unless something different is agreed with PRODECS.
