- Up to the first 1 hour of engineer labour
- Diagnosis of the leak or plumbing problem
- Reasonable attempt to repair within the included hour where possible
- A PRODECS team member contacts you within 30 minutes of purchase to confirm engineer attendance
- If extra labour is required, this is discussed at the property before additional work
- A further quotation can be issued once the engineer has assessed the job
- Attendance windows are subject to service-area coverage, current availability and travel conditions
Replacement parts and materials are supplied by the customer unless something different is agreed with PRODECS.
