How PRODECS uses information you provide when contacting us, requesting a quote or making an emergency attendance payment.
Information you provide
When you request a quote or contact PRODECS, you may provide details such as your name, phone number, postcode, property information and a description of the work required. Quote-form details are prepared into a WhatsApp message on your device so you can choose to send them to PRODECS.
If you continue to WhatsApp, the information and any photos or videos you choose to send are handled through WhatsApp and by PRODECS for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, preparing quotations, arranging work and managing the customer relationship.
Payments through SumUp
Emergency Pay & Book buttons take you to a secure SumUp payment page. Payment-card details are entered and processed by SumUp and are not stored by this website. PRODECS may receive transaction information needed to identify and administer your payment and booking.
How we use and keep information
PRODECS uses customer and job information only as reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, provide quotations, arrange and carry out work, manage payments and maintain appropriate business records.
