Emergency Leak Attendance Terms

Please read these terms before using the Emergency Leak Pay & Book service.

Before paying: Please contact PRODECS first so we can confirm the service area, engineer availability and the appropriate attendance option for your situation.

Included

The selected fee covers the call-out and up to the first one hour of labour for diagnosis and a reasonable attempt to repair the reported plumbing problem where possible.

Attendance confirmation

After a paid booking is received, PRODECS will contact the customer within 30 minutes to confirm engineer attendance and the selected attendance window.

Additional work

If further labour is needed beyond the included hour, the engineer will discuss the requirement with the customer. A further quotation can be issued after assessment.

Materials

Replacement parts and materials are supplied by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Service area and availability

Attendance is available within the PRODECS service area and during emergency service hours, subject to confirmed engineer availability.
